HUMAN RIGHTS POLICY

The thoughts contained in the business philosophy of Phuoc Thanh Technology Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company are linked to the view of respecting human rights with the role of promoting each person’s personality and individuality, as well as Demonstrate trust and team spirit through connections between people.

Based on this philosophy, we established our Human Rights Policy and promote efforts to respect the human rights of all those involved in our business.

Scope of application

The human rights policy of Phuoc Thanh Technology Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company (hereinafter referred to as “This Policy”) applies to all officers and employees of Phuoc Thanh Construction and Technology Investment Joint Stock Company and related companies. In addition, Phuoc Thanh Group hopes that business partners such as cooperative companies and suppliers understand and comply with this Policy.

Respect and comply with standards and laws

Phuoc Thanh Group supports and respects international standards on human rights such as the “International Code of Human Rights (Universal Declaration of Human Rights and International Convention on Human Rights)”, “ILO Declaration on the Principles of Principles and Fundamental Rights at Work”, and as a signatory to the United Nations “Global Compact”, we support the 10 principles of the Joint Initiative. Additionally, we establish this Policy and promote efforts to respect human rights based on the United Nations “Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights.”

Responsibility to respect human rights

Phuoc Thanh Group strives to avoid human rights violations of others in its business activities. In addition, we fulfill our responsibility to respect human rights by taking appropriate measures in cases of incitement or clear negative human rights impacts.

Human rights examination

Phuoc Thanh Group builds a human rights due diligence mechanism to continuously identify, prevent and minimize negative human rights impacts related to business activities, while integrating remedial measures into the process. internally and publicize human rights efforts externally.

Remedy and Relief

In case Phuoc Thanh Group is found to incite or cause clear negative impacts on human rights, we will try to remedy and provide relief with appropriate measures. In addition, if Phuoc Thanh Group’s business partners as well as collaborating companies and suppliers cause negative impacts on human rights, we will make efforts to improve and cooperate with relevant parties to respect and do not violate human rights.

Education

Phuoc Thanh Group clearly states the necessary procedures for this Policy to be firmly shaped in all business activities, while continuously educating and training appropriately for all officers and employees.

Dialogue and agreement with relevant parties

In the series of efforts under this Policy, Phuoc Thanh Group has associated with third-party organizations with expertise in human rights, as well as conducted dialogue and agreements in good faith with relevant parties. .
