CODE OF CONDUCT AND BUSINESS ETHICS OF ENTERPRISES

All leaders and employees of Phuoc Thanh Technology Construction and Investment Joint Stock Company join hands to develop a Code of Conduct and Business Ethics. Therefore, all company employees are responsible for implementing this code of conduct well.

Disciplinary measures in case of violations

All cases of violation, when investigated and concluded, will be subject to disciplinary measures, depending on the nature of the violation, from warnings, salary deductions, dismissal to prosecution before France.

All denunciations, even anonymous information, will be investigated internally in accordance with this Code. When concluding that there is a violation, Phuoc Thanh Group’s Disciplinary Council will meet to consider and make a disciplinary decision. This decision is final and is not influenced or influenced by the violator’s relationship with company leaders.

Evaluate labor performance positively and comply with codes of conduct and rewards

Every month and every quarter, the company’s departments objectively evaluate the employees in the department with the most positive performance to reward them.

The best performing employees will be rewarded materially in accordance with the Company’s regulations on rewards and discipline.

The best individual in the company during the year will be honored on the company information board for the next year and receive special rewards.

Responsibilities of company departments in implementing the Code of Conduct

Departments within the company are responsible for monitoring, reminding and supervising the implementation of this Code of Conduct. The head of the unit is directly responsible to the General Director and the Company’s Commendation and Disciplinary Examination Council for implementation status and archived records.

Organize regular training and training for newly recruited employees

The Human Resources Department is responsible for training new employees on the Code of Conduct

Unit heads are responsible for regularly urging and reminding employees in the department to comply with the content of this Code.

The Human Resources Department periodically retrains employees throughout the company on the Code of Conduct

We expect each employee of the Company to be aware of their responsibility to comply with this code of conduct. Phuoc Thanh Technology Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company commits to fully support and advise all employees regarding the implementation of this code of conduct. We urge employees to contact their line managers or leadership when they have questions, encounter conflicts or alleged violations.
